Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced stock hand to join our team as a Retail Inventory Lead at our Warrawong store.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about stock integrity and has a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

As a Retail Inventory Lead, you will be responsible for leading the stock receiving and stock-to-floor processes, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.

You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement efficient processes, drive productivity, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and processing stock in a fast-paced environment
  • Leading a team of stock handlers to achieve inventory accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Developing and implementing efficient processes to maximize stock flow and minimize errors
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and improve overall performance

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume retail environment with a strong focus on stock management and control
  • Excellent attention to detail, numerical, and analytical skills
