Job Title: Inventory Lead

We have an exciting new opportunity for a part-time Inventory Lead to join our boutique. As an inventory lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all Floor to Door transactions, Click and Collects and Ship from store transactions in a timely manner
  • Receiving, inspecting and unpacking all incoming shipments, highlighting any discrepancies, damages and delays
  • Processing damaged stock on a timely basis according to company guidelines
  • Accepting new deliveries and ensuring stock is unpacked, neat and tidy with correct labels attached
  • Managing fortnightly stock rotation from 'home' back room to offsite (if applicable)
  • Ensuring pathways and stock accessibility are clear from rubbish, leftover stock and cartons
  • Reporting, investigating and managing stock discrepancies efficiently
  • Being the first point of contact to collect stock from an offsite for a customer
  • Enhancing client experience by ensuring stock is easily accessible

Additionally, you will assist customers with merchandise, maintain product knowledge, increase the VIP customer base, and ensure customers are well-informed on current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.
