Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock Associate to join our team in our brand new flagship boutique. This role requires an individual with exceptional time management skills, great communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Maximising efficiency amongst stock management, and having a thorough knowledge of stock-on-hand
  • Verifying quantities of stock received match manifest documents
  • Unpacking and managing stock; coming up with innovative and smart storage solutions for expensive and high quality product
  • Actively reducing boutique shrinkage by investigating discrepancies and reporting observations
  • Conducting weekly store-to-store transfer reconsolidation
  • Managing price tags including price change events, and ordering to replace damaged tags or SKU-less items
  • Coordinate the store stock take as required
  • Proactively training team on security awareness for stock
  • Perform adhoc requests by management

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a stock management role within the luxury or retail industry
  • Experience in coordinating stock take and regular cycle counts
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to problem solve and multi-task
  • Highly motivated and flexible individual
  • Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility
