We are looking for a visionary leader with a proven track record in lighting design, project management, and team leadership. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our team and delivering high-quality projects that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a 7-person team of diverse backgrounds and skillsets, promoting learning opportunities and addressing challenges that arise.
- Develop connections within the business through consistent interactions and sharing expertise.
- Represent the team externally, building on existing connections and establishing new ones.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring commercial understanding and delivering work of exceptional quality.
- Pursue opportunities for leading night-time social change and sustainability beyond the lighting discipline.
- Recognized tertiary qualifications in lighting design, architecture, interior design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in visual communication, including hand sketching and software packages like Photoshop and InDesign.
- Demonstrated ability to guide and inspire teams, leveraging diverse strengths and fostering a cooperative environment.
- Experience in technical lighting calculations, such as Dialux and Dialux Evo AGI32.
- Membership of relevant professional institutions or significant credit towards eligibility for membership.
