We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

About the Job

The Sales and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for processing all sales orders daily, preparing dispatch paperwork, and working closely with the production planning team.

  • Process all sales orders daily in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and dispatch paperwork accurately and within deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with the production planning team to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Liaise with the customer's replenishment team to manage inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
  • Process picking sheets and dispatch records correctly and efficiently.
  • Assist accounts receivable with any issues or queries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of dispatch activities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with MYOB EXO or similar accounting software.
  • Fast data entry skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • A strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • An understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
