Logistics Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the logistics department, you will be responsible for managing receipts and dispatch for nominated accounts, distributing daily transport and inventory reports, liaising with delivery enquiries and customer service groups, arranging same day order collection and delivery, corresponding with stakeholders on up-to-date information, completing warehouse stationary requirements, partnering with the IT team on system maintenance, and assisting with customer billing and administrative tasks.

If you have experience in the warehouse environment, strong customer service focus and interpersonal communication skills, good team player and collaborator skills, intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), high level of accuracy and attention to detail, highly organized and capable of multi-tasking, and knowledge of WMS and other warehouse systems, we would like to hear from you.

About the Position:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing receipts and dispatch for nominated accounts.
  • Distributing daily transport and inventory reports is also a key responsibility of this role.
  • Liaising with delivery enquiries and customer service groups requires excellent communication skills.
  • The Logistics Coordinator will arrange same day order collection and delivery.
  • Corresponding with stakeholders on up-to-date information is essential for this position.
  • The Logistics Coordinator will complete warehouse stationary requirements.
  • Partnering with the IT team on system maintenance is also a requirement of this role.
  • The Logistics Coordinator will assist with customer billing and administrative tasks.

  • Previous experience in the warehouse environment.
  • Strong customer service focus and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good team player and collaborator skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Knowledge of WMS and other warehouse systems.
