Job Summary

  • A Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale projects within an assigned operating unit.
About This Role

This position plays a critical role in ensuring project success by establishing and maintaining project control systems, including cost, schedule, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  2. Monitor Project Progress: Track project expenditures and identify variances to prevent cost overruns. Prepare regular project status reports for management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  3. Documentation Control: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, ensuring all necessary information is accessible to facilitate collaboration and decision-making.
  4. Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in a related field (desired).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project accounting/finance business partner roles.
  • Proven track record of successful project coordination and control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
