Senior Project Manager Position

We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Project Director. This position will oversee the full project lifecycle, from conception to completion, and work closely with our Property Development team as the client and project sponsor.
About the Role- Define, plan, execute, review, and control projects under general guidance and minimal supervision to achieve high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed agreed-upon project objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project budgets for strategic planning purposes. Develop project proposals and business cases.
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure Development team to secure necessary approvals through our Investment Gateway process. Key areas of advice include scope, time, cost, risk, resources, and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with our Project Management Framework (PMF).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including management plans, cost schedules, time schedules, risk assessments, and issue registers.
- Review and assess documents from project sponsors, contractors, consultants, internal stakeholders, and external partners, taking appropriate action.
You should have tertiary qualifications and several years of relevant experience in delivering civil-related projects, including client-side experience. A sound understanding of Australian construction codes is essential, along with experience in managing and administering Australian Standard construction contracts.
