Project Leader Role

Job Overview:

  • Assume leadership of commercial construction projects valued between $10M and $30M.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  3. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain project integrity.
  6. Facilitate effective communication among all project participants.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, encompassing both new build and fitout scopes.
  2. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects in the $10M - $30M range.
  3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management methodologies.
  4. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and cost reporting.
  6. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field.
