
Clinical Operations Manager

The Team Leader position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Assertive Outreach Team at Pennant Hills.
This leadership role entails providing clinical and operational guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery, while fostering an adaptable and flexible practice environment.
The successful candidate will lead the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) in delivering recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care guided by evidence-based practice and ongoing quality improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- AHPRA Registration in Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Psychology, or eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Workers. Psychologist is required to hold a Master Degree.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and support a clinical team.
- Extensive experience in and commitment to the management and treatment of consumers with significant mental health issues and disabilities in a community setting.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant management tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent work experience, with minimum experience as a Level 2 clinician for Allied Health positions.
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication and computer literacy in Microsoft applications, rostering and electronic medical record systems is essential.
The position requires a current NSW driver's license and a demonstrated experience in leading change in the context of service improvement.
Evidence of a commitment to working in partnership with consumers, carers, internal and external stakeholders is also required.
