We are seeking exceptional talent to help deliver technology services that give Maersk a competitive advantage as the world's leading logistics integrator.Scope & Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary Cyber Security partner for an assigned Technology function, representing their needs within Cyber and ensuring alignment with business prioritiesBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level), using emotional intelligence, influence, and persuasion to drive alignment and decisionsOperate confidently in both internal Cyber forums and Maersk-wide client-facing situations, adapting approach to diverse audiencesMaintain situational awareness of Technology function strategies to ensure Cyber remains integral, prioritising and coordinating cyber security activities within the Technology function, including investment planning, incident response, compliance, and audit closureIncrease Cyber maturity across new and, where relevant, existing Tech products and services, taking a risk-based approach to balance strategic and Cyber requirements in line with the strategyIdentify and clearly communicate risks, gaps, and opportunities, ensuring informed, value-driven decision-makingCoordinate and matrix-manage a virtual team of Cyber SMEs, drawing on permanent and on-demand expertiseDrive measurable improvements in cyber maturity, tracked through regular reporting cyclesSupport the development of Portfolio Management processes and Cyber's Front of House (FoH) function, promoting best practices and continuous improvement especially with regards AI opportunitiesThe CandidateLeadership:Experience in a Leadership role/Cyber
