We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Integratedliving Australia. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, promoting their health and wellbeing, and supporting them to live independently in their own community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct client care through health, wellbeing, and/or clinical services based on established care plans.
- Work collaboratively with other health professionals to assess and ascertain clients' needs and goals, and develop service recommendations within defined funding parameters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Monitor health outcomes and provide regular updates to clients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in client care.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners' Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
- Experience working in community care, aged care, or acute care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing high-quality client care.
- Proficient in the use of electronic technology, including smart phones, tablets, laptops, email, internet, and client data management systems.
