Job Title: Investment Sales Manager

A seasoned capital raiser or real estate investment sales professional is needed to make a significant impact within a high-performing funds management team.

We are one of Australia's leading unlisted property fund managers, with over $2 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM). We manage 15 active property trusts and 61 commercial assets, including landmark centres such as Caneland Central and Casuarina Square.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide market insights, feedback, and trend analysis to refine fundraising strategy and investor experience.
  • Maintain accurate investor CRM records, performance tracking, and reporting to inform strategic engagement and reinvestment planning.
  • Oversee investor onboarding, due diligence processes, and compliance checks under AFSL and AUSTRAC obligations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Asset Management, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure alignment on offering terms and investor communications.
  • Represent the company in investor briefings, conferences, events, and virtual meetings to enhance market visibility.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality investment marketing materials, IMs, investment decks, webinars, and face-to-face presentations.
  • Conduct investor profiling and segmentation to tailor investment offerings and presentations to strategic audiences.
  • Originate, build, and manage long-term relationships with HNWIs, family offices, wealth advisors, and wholesale platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end capital raising campaigns across our unlisted property investment funds, from initial strategy to close.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in investment sales, commercial property or fund distribution.
  • Proven success in wholesale investor capital raising or property fund distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of unlisted trust structures and investor compliance requirements.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
  • Strong written and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and investor database management.
  • Established network of wholesale investors, private wealth contacts, or advisory groups with a proven ability to convert relationships into capital raised.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Property, or Commerce (preferred).
