Business Development Manager Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building relationships with clients and candidates, and driving growth through effective business development strategies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development in the recruitment space, with a focus on mining and construction. They will possess a proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates, as well as business development expertise with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving growth.

Key responsibilities include connecting skilled professionals with opportunities, solving client challenges, building lasting client relationships, and working closely with the recruitment team to ensure every role is filled. The successful candidate will also have exposure to the mining and construction industries.
