About the Role
We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Planner for a 12-month full-time fixed-term maternity leave contract. This role is pivotal in the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, push notifications, and campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the end-to-end process for email campaigns, push notifications, and trade offers, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Focus on test and learn initiatives and optimisation strategies.
- Oversee campaigns, ensuring optimisation and performance tracking to contribute to portfolio growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and influence campaign success.
- Drive brilliant customer experiences and shift key customer metrics including monthly active shoppers, traffic, and revenue.
- Analyse campaign reports to derive actionable insights.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business.
- 2+ years' experience managing end-to-end campaigns, ideally coming from a direct/digital marketing or CRM background, working in an agency or in-house.
- Detail-oriented with strong planning skills, excellent communication, and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar customer analytics platforms, desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A knack for copywriting, desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated campaign management, delivery, and analysis experience.
