Solar Installation Manager Job

Job Description:\

We are seeking an experienced Solar Installation Manager to oversee the installation process and ensure timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Residential Solar and experience as a Manager within operations, project management or service.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Oversee day-to-day installations performed by several install teams
  • Be the first point of contact for on-day issues
  • E nsure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality and compliance
  • Provide advice and support on system designs, equipment, regulations and codes
  • Liaise with Department Heads for operations, scheduling, admin, sales, warehousing and service
  • Address technical queries from sales, admin, installers and service
  • Perform desktop checks and occasional onsite inspections of solar and battery installations

Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • Cert III Electrotechnology and current Electrician A Grade licence
  • Must have recent experience in the Australian Residential solar, battery, EV charger industry
  • Strong knowledge of Australian standards
  • Knowledge of mid-high quality products and equipment
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills to streamline efficiencies between the teams
  • SAA or CEC Accreditation preferred
