Base pay range A$130,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr Seeking a professional with a background in Residential Solar and experience as a Manager within operations, project management or service.
Join a dynamic solar and battery company installing predominantly residential solar, batteries and EV chargers to customers in Perth and surrounding areas.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 7am - 3.30pm.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day installations performed by several install teams Be the first point of contact for on-day issues Ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality and compliance Provide advice and support on system designs, equipment, regulations and codes Liaise with Department Heads for operations, scheduling, admin, sales, warehousing and service Address technical queries from sales, admin, installers and service Perform desktop checks and occasional onsite inspections of solar and battery installations Skills and Experience Required: Cert III Electrotechnology and current Electrician A Grade licence Must have recent experience in the Australian Residential solar, battery, EV charger industry Strong knowledge of Australian standards Knowledge of mid-high quality products and equipment Strong communication and relationship management skills to streamline efficiencies between the teams SAA or CEC Accreditation preferred Salary $130,000 – $150,000 + Super (may be negotiable)Full support from management Flexibility and work from home options Professional working environment with positive culture and committed team Strong structures, processes and support in place If you're interested please APPLY or email your CV and cover letter to chelseai@austcorpexecutive.com.au Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Management Industries Services for Renewable Energy Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Aust Corp Executive by 2x Get notified about new Installation Manager jobs in Perth, Western Australia, Australia.
