About the Role

This is a high-performance leadership position where you will oversee complex solar and battery systems installations, heat pumps, and EV chargers in Perth and surrounding areas.

  • The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in Solar with experience as a Supervisor or Manager within operations, projects, or service.
  • An electrical trade certification or other relevant solar industry experience is required.
  • A current A-grade license is preferred, along with knowledge of install, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Australian standards AS477, 5139, and 5033 is also essential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for overseeing 10+ installs per day.
  • Be the point of contact for on-day issues and provide advice on system designs, equipment, regulations, and codes.
  • Perform desktop checks for design, quality, and compliance, ensuring projects are completed on time.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and compliance throughout all projects.
  • Occasional travel may be required for onsite inspections.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must possess an electrical trade certification or other relevant solar industry experience.
  • A current A-grade license is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of install, commissioning, and troubleshooting is required.
  • Familiarity with Australian standards AS477, 5139, and 5033 is essential.
  • SAA or CEC Accreditation is highly recommended.
