Your Role as a Relationship Manager- Develop new revenue streams through meetings with prospective clients.
- Increase conversion and revenue from multiple channels.
- Be the primary point of contact for referral sources and maintain professional relationships.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to complete service agreements and oversee services.
You will represent our brand and possess in-depth knowledge of NDIS, Home Care Packages, or other funded programs.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Experience in sales, account management, or client engagement.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience managing ongoing client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and credibility.
- A positive attitude and ownership of responsibilities.
