About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled sales leader to join our team as Chief Sales Strategist for ANZ. This role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our sales strategy in the region, with a focus on exceeding growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a high-performing sales team across ANZ, setting sales targets and quotas, developing compensation plans, and establishing processes and procedures for consistent execution.
  • In partnership with the global Mailchimp sales organization, develop an ANZ customer acquisition strategy to bring in mid-market businesses and accelerate customer growth overall.
  • Play a key role in defining and executing the strategy to deliver exceptional customer benefit and world-class business results for the region.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7-10+ years of sales management or leadership roles, managing medium-sized teams of sales executives.
  • 10+ years of SaaS sales experience with e-commerce and/or MarTech focus.
  • A strong track record in delivering industry-leading sales results.
  • Demonstrable capabilities in building and scaling foundational sales teams.

What We Offer
