We are a dedicated provider of exceptional educators to childcare centres across South East Melbourne. Our team is passionate about empowering children to reach their full potential and we're seeking like-minded professionals to join us.
Job DescriptionAs an Early Childhood Educator, you will work in collaboration with experienced staff to create a stimulating environment for children aged 6 months- 4 years old. Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality care and support for young children, fostering their academic growth and emotional development.
- Covering staff lunch breaks and ensuring the centre's daily operations run smoothly.
- Collaborating with room staff to design and deliver engaging educational programs that promote learning and exploration.
- Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community through effective communication and empathy.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of well-being and respect.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and its implementation in early childhood education settings.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to the achievement of centre goals and objectives.
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
