We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Aussie Kindies Early Learning Cranbourne in Melbourne.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, offering flexible working hours as part of one of Australia's largest childcare groups. As an Educator with Affinity Education Group, you will be pivotal in developing the lifelong love of learning in our children.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting a team of educators to implement programs, following the EYLF, and sharing the excitement of child-led discovery.
  • Creating long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families.
  • Supporting the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
  • A passion to develop our little learners.
