Job Title: Behaviour Support Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated professional to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with complex needs.

In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based support plans that promote the growth and development of our clients.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting thorough assessments to identify client needs and goals.
  2. Developing tailored support plans that address challenging behaviours and promote positive outcomes.
  3. Collaborating with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and evaluation of support plans.
  4. Mentoring and supporting less experienced practitioners to enhance their skills and knowledge.
About You
  • Proficiency or higher as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with evidence of qualification.
  • Significant experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern.
  • Excellent report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Genuine passion for the disability sector.
Qualifications
  • A degree in an allied health discipline is preferred.
