Service Department Leadership Role

  1. Develop and enforce service processes to meet customer expectations.
  2. Create annual goals and budget aligned with organizational objectives.
  3. Submit warranty claims within required timeframe to maximize credit.
  4. Schedule and assign jobs to employees based on their skills and knowledge.
  5. Review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to billing customers.
  6. Maintain all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
  7. Oversee recruiting, staffing, and employee development activities for department staff.
About You
  • Sound mechanical knowledge is essential.
  • Operations and management experience would be beneficial.
  • People leadership experience would be advantageous.
