Lead Financial Analyst for Manufacturing Operations

Financial Analysis Role

As a Senior Manufacturing Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between manufacturing and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full profit and loss responsibility for the business unit with key partnership to the Site Manager to deliver financial targets
  • Support the Site Manager by contributing to operational cost reduction initiatives
  • Manage business cash flow through proactive management of working capital and capital expenditure
  • Ensure appropriate internal controls are adhered to with sites and comply with Accounting Standards and Corporate Governance policies
Requirements:
  • Over 10 years experience in management or cost accounting within manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing standard costing practices including cost allocation and sensitivity analysis preferably with SAP experience
  • High-level analytical problem-solving and diagnostic information-gathering skills

Our ideal candidate has tertiary qualifications in Finance Commerce or Business and holds a CPA qualification. A proactive innovative mindset is essential along with strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills to work with people at all levels.
