Job Title: Retail Store Leadership

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail leadership, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager, developing the store team, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the store team to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive sales growth through up-selling, effective product recommendations, and maintaining a high level of service excellence.
  • Assist in managing store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and team performance.
  • Oversee training, development, and performance conversations to ensure employees are equipped to deliver outstanding results.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant store environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail or hospitality leadership, with a strong understanding of operational processes.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service, team development, and results-driven leadership.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong up-selling skills and the ability to maximise sales opportunities.
