About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for Tabcorp team members. This is a 6-month daily rate contract. You'll work with subject matter experts to scope requirements and processes, then design and develop detailed eLearning modules using Articulate RISE, along with Quick Reference Guides.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and shape content
- Design clear and detailed eLearn storyboards
- Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate RISE
- Manage content reviews and apply feedback to improve learning materials
- Create Quick Reference Guides and other helpful support resources
- Contribute to communication and business readiness activities as needed
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in instructional design
- Skilled at translating complex content into clear, learner-friendly materials
- Proficient in using Articulate RISE
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Able to meet tight project deadlines
- Highly motivated and comfortable working independently
- Background in process and/or systems training is advantageous
