**About the Company**

Davidson is the preferred supplier for the government sector and have strong partnerships within local, state and federal government. We currently have an opportunity for an A04 Instructional Designer to commence a temporary contract for an 8 week assignment with the possibility of an extension.

**About the Role**
- Use instructional design methods to structure, design, and develop content, and training materials.
- Design instructional materials, including storyboards, scripts, and interactive activities, using Articulate software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise).
- Select or develop multimedia elements, such as graphics, animations, videos, and simulations, to enhance learning content.
- Develop modes of assessment, such as tests, quizzes, or scenarios to assist with assessing a learner's competency.
- Support internal stakeholders in the creation, maintenance and transition of existing learning materials and job aides.
- Coordinate, develop and maintain knowledge artefacts, version control and user feedback.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.

**About You**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and training development.
- Demonstrated experience with the Articulate suite (in particular Rise)
- Proven skills designing, developing, writing and creation of educational content and programs using adult learning principles.
- Established understanding of adult learning principles in formulation of educational content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications in adult education/ education (Advantage)
