Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled labourer to join our dynamic team in Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting repairs and maintenance on farm buildings, sheds, and general infrastructure.

They will work closely with the Farm Infrastructure Manager to identify requirements for improving current infrastructure.

Additionally, they will develop repair, maintenance, and construction plans and ensure completion of work from start to finish.

It is essential that the labourer ensures compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of farm infrastructure
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Develop and implement repair plans
  • Work collaboratively with the Farm Infrastructure Manager
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
