Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced laborer to join our team in various roles across multiple SunPork sites. As a key member of the farm infrastructure team, you will be responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on farm buildings, sheds, and other infrastructure.

You will work closely with the Farm Infrastructure Manager to assist in identifying requirements for improving current infrastructure, develop repair and maintenance plans, and ensure completion of work from start to finish.

Additionally, you will work effectively with stakeholders across multiple sites to ensure efficient communication and adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Welder, Boilermaker, and Carpentry certifications (strongly desired but not essential)
  • High Risk Working from Heights tickets (preferred but not essential)
  • General labouring experience
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • The ability to travel as required
