As a seasoned leader, you'll unite and empower residents and staff, leading the transformation of five distinct communities into a unified, resident-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the 'For Life' model, integrating enhanced care services and lifestyle options
  • Develop and foster a unified site culture where all residents and staff feel valued and empowered
  • Oversee care services, ensuring residents' well-being, dignity, and individual preferences are prioritized
  • Manage substantial resources dedicated to this transformation, ensuring efficient and effective deployment
  • Drive operational excellence across all village services and amenities

About You:

  • Proven leadership experience at senior management level
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with a genuine commitment to Anglicare's values
  • Solution-oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Change management expertise and the ability to lead teams through significant transformation
