We are seeking a high performing, experienced automotive leader for our Castle Hill Volkswagen dealership in NSW.

As a business operated by Australia’s most progressive automotive group - Autosports Group, the role of Dealer Principal at Castle Hill Volkswagen is a key appointment within the Groups senior management team. To be considered for this key hands-on leadership role, you must have a history of success in the luxury segment in Automotive in Australia, be at the very top of your field and be able to demonstrate the following:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the dealership
- Achieving and exceeding all major budget targets
- Leading, developing and coaching staff including change management, team building and achieving sales targets
- Working as part of a larger dealership network and within an ASX Listed company
- Achieve KPI targets set by the company and manufacturer
- Set a clear direction and vision for the business
- Create & maintain a positive, effective & safe working environment for customers & staff

**Skills & Experience**:

- Must have proven experience in either a General Manager or Dealer Principal position with proven success in all key areas of responsibility.
- Impeccable people management skills.
- Thorough understanding of commercial and financial business management.
- Ability to build mutually respectful & productive relationships with OEM brand partners
- Natural mentoring and leadership skills
- Above all else you need passion, drive, and a desire to deliver above benchmark results.
