Senior Operational Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operational Specialist to join our Global Monetization Strategy and Operations team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the APAC markets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and implement optimized CRM-related business processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with Sales teams and CRM teams.
  • - Support transactions-related business operations, guaranteeing a smooth client journey from registration to first-dollar spend.
  • - Manage sales incentives, improving accuracy and efficiency through process and system enhancements.
  • - Lead standardization projects independently across APAC markets, providing guidelines and training for Sales teams.
  • - Conduct in-depth analytical reviews of business operations, preparing clear and concise management reporting via dashboard visualization.
  • - Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales teams, offering prompt assistance and troubleshooting for daily issues.
  • - Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams with a strong client-focused and continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • - Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields.
  • - Highly analytical; comfortable dealing with people and processing business operations.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • - Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Excel, and PowerPoint preferably (BI system knowledge is a plus).
  • - Highly self-motivated, independent, proactive, agile, and determined to drive assigned targets and projects with perseverance and passion.
