Job Overview

As a leader in strategic planning, you will spearhead the development and implementation of production schedules that align with demand forecasts, order intake, and site capacity.

  • Drive collaborative efforts across multiple factory sites to optimize inventory levels, reduce working capital, and minimize stockouts.
  • Standardize materials requirements planning (MRP) practices and ensure accurate execution of material procurement at the factory level.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Factory General Managers, Finance, and Procurement teams to inform make-versus-buy decisions and material supersession strategies.
About This Role
  • 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain planning, preferably in global multi-site operations.
  • A degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and planning system optimization.
  • Advanced data analytics skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL or Python programming languages.
