Senior Financial StrategistForensicare is a leading provider of forensic mental health services in Victoria, offering a unique perspective on mental health and public safety issues. We provide specialist forensic mental health services tailored to meet the specific needs of both sectors.The Senior Financial Strategist will be responsible for providing high-level financial advice and support to executive leaders, ensuring financial strategies are aligned with organisational objectives. This role will lead the development and implementation of a rolling three-year operating budget and oversee budgetary control systems.This position requires a minimum 7-10 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with senior leadership experience. Advanced skills in ERP systems, BI tools, and financial modelling are essential.   • Lead the development and implementation of a rolling three-year operating budget aligned with Forensicare's strategic goals.
  • Partner with executive and senior leaders to provide financial advice that supports sound decision-making.
  • Analyse financial implications of service changes and external funding shifts, identifying associated risks and opportunities.
About You:
  • Experience at working at a strategic level, able to recognise direction and implications of policy.
  • Experience in health, government, or not-for-profit sectors desirable.
  • Minimum 7–10 years in FP&A or corporate finance, with senior leadership experience.
  • Advanced skills in ERP systems, BI tools, and financial modelling.
