Job Overview

WeLink Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing organisation in Sydney's Western suburbs to expand their production and warehousing teams.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks including picking and packing orders, palletising stock, conducting stock takes and cycle counts, setting up and monitoring the production line, and operating machinery safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing orders in an efficient manner.
  • Ensuring stock accuracy through regular stock takes and cycle counts.
  • Setting up and monitoring production lines to ensure optimal output.
  • Safe operation of machinery and equipment on the production line.
  • Participating in general cleaning, housekeeping, and ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in production and/or warehousing. You are required to possess a good eye for detail, be a team player, and enjoy physically demanding work. A forklift licence (LF) is not essential but is a bonus.

Benefits

This opportunity offers immediate starts available, with pay rates from $30 per hour plus superannuation. The successful candidate will also have the option to work morning or afternoon shifts.
