Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse and Production Team Member to join our dynamic team in the Penrith area. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production facilities.

About the Role
  • This is an ongoing casual position with full-time hours on offer, providing the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
  • The role involves operating forklifts to move raw materials and finished products within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate forklifts efficiently and safely to ensure the timely movement of goods.
  2. Assist in the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment to maintain high levels of productivity.
  3. Perform general labouring and manual handling tasks to support the production process.
  4. Ensure all work areas are maintained in a clean and safe condition, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  5. Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A valid forklift license and experience operating forklifts is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable but not necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality is paramount in this position.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to the team is required.
