Job Title: Transformation Manager

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.\
- Engage with employees and stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns.\
- Develop and maintain knowledge of change management frameworks and models.\
- Apply principles of project management to drive successful outcomes.\
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.\
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.\

- Work independently with minimal supervision.\
