The Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at our Rockhampton branch. As the first point of contact for customers, your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Addressing customer needs in person, by phone, and email
  • Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns
  • Assisting customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
  • A desire to provide amazing customer experience
  • General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Capability to learn and absorb technical information
  • Ability to lift and no mobility restrictions
