Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the Salesforce database, including user setups, profiles, and roles.
  • Customize objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
  • Develop and implement best practices, system improvements, and analyze overall efficiency of the platform.
  • Provide quality documentation and training manuals.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and office staff to understand their needs and effectively communicate solutions.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Technical declarative tools experience, including creating flows.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator, ideally combined with Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, or App Builder certification.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
