We are seeking experienced Donor Administrators or Supporter Care candidates with Salesforce, Raisers Edge, and Microsoft Dynamics expertise to join our team in various locations across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process internet, mail, and telephone donations, batching, banking, and receipting
  • Import and export data
  • Set up campaigns and generate reports
  • Provide supporter care to donors and the general public, including fundraising and campaigning activities
  • Update supporter records in the database, including address changes, communication preferences, and payment details
  • Ensure data integrity throughout all processes
  • Respond to donor inquiries and research to effectively address a wide range of issues

About You:

  • Previous donor administration or supporter care experience is essential, with Raisers Edge, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
  • A friendly and calm phone manner is required
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
