Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily administration and support of the Salesforce database, including managing multiple user setups, profiles, and roles, as well as customizing objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.

They will also be expected to produce high-quality documentation, such as system documentation and training manuals, and have experience with technical declarative tools, including creating flows.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clinicians and other office staff, understand their needs, and effectively communicate solutions.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Daily administration and support of Salesforce database
  • Customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations
  • Experience with technical declarative tools, including creating flows
  • Ability to produce quality documentation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator, ideally combined with Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, or App Builder certification
