About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our Salesforce team, working on an exciting greenfield transformation. As a Business Analyst, you will leverage your Salesforce knowledge to digitize our resident and employee experience centered on Salesforce (SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, MarketingCloud, Field Service, ExperienceCloud, Engagement, and Mule).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze Business Processes: Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within Salesforce.
  2. Develop Technical Designs: Create technical designs and respective user stories for our development teams.
  3. User Adoption Strategies: Develop and implement user adoption strategies to maximize Salesforce utilization.
  4. Reporting and Dashboards: Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
  6. Manage Multiple Capabilities: Manage and prioritize multiple new capabilities simultaneously.
  7. Effective Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  8. Process Documentation: Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer.
About You

We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and a strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices. You will have a proven track record of delivering successful implementations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, coupled with the ability to translate business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions.

Additional Skills
  1. Admin and/or Salesforce BA Certification: Admin and/or Salesforce BA certification is a plus.
  2. Experience with Salesforce Automation Tools: Experience with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Workflows, Process Builder) is required.
  3. Reporting and Dashboards Experience: Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards is required.
  4. Capability Management: Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple capabilities is essential.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
