About the Role- At least 1 year of experience in the Australian Aged Care Sector

- High safety awareness to prevent falls and injuries

- A passion for caring for the elderly and building positive relationships with residents and their families

- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or have completed the first year of nursing studies
- Industry compliance with NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain it
