Job Title: Lunch Cover Support
Key Responsibilities- Safeguard and nurture children during lunchtime, ensuring their wellbeing and support.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and leadership to maintain routines and uphold a positive team culture.
- Develop self-awareness in interactions, adapting approach to suit individual children and reflecting on impact of support.
- Passion for Early Years Education: A genuine love for working with children and commitment to providing the best start in life.
- Knowledge of EYFS: Understanding of child development, Birth to 5 Matters framework, and EYFS curriculum.
- Qualified & Experienced: Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare and minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Build Strong Relationships: Form bonds with children and families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback, and positive, proactive approach.
