Your Role:
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, while fostering collaboration for continuous learning.
  • Manage structural engineering projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships, focusing on trust, excellence and long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute to the further development of internal processes and certified integrated management systems.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. (RPEV, CPEng preferred)
  • Significant local experience in structural engineering design, team leadership across a diverse range of industrial and commercial projects.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance leadership and technical delivery.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License.
