Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our Care team at Moran Roxburgh Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care and support to our residents, working collaboratively with our Care Manager and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and evaluate individualized resident care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and support.
  • Provide clinical services, including wound management, medication management, and palliative care, in accordance with our high standards.
  • Liaise with medical and allied health professionals, as well as residents' family members, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Work closely with our Clinical Leadership team to address complex clinical management needs.
  • Supervise and support our Personal Care Workers, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Current Registration with AHPRA.
  • Caring and empathetic approach to care.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our team.
  • Good assessment and prioritization skills, ensuring the highest level of care and support.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently within a team, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
  • Proficient level of verbal and written communication, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Current Police Check and influenza vaccination, as required by our organization.
