Civil Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to spearhead our civil contractor business.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale civil construction projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project teams to achieve project objectives
- Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Managing risk and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and mitigating any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in civil construction
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with industry-standard software, including project management tools and Autodesk applications
