Job Title: Senior Display Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a key leadership role within our Display Program, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of national display homes. You will play a critical part in ensuring that our displays are delivered to the highest standards, meeting both developer and business expectations.

You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Executive, Building, Marketing and National Product Development to achieve business objectives. Your expertise in building operations and experience in driving projects and teams will be crucial in delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of display delivery strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure new display briefs are complete and align with business strategy
  • Oversee the planning and resourcing of national display workflow, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Liaise with external suppliers and developers to ensure all objectives are met
  • Manage and drive the pre-site display delivery process, ensuring site starts, build stages and openings meet contractual milestones and expectations
  • Monitor and control national pre-site workflow functions (pre-plans, design development, drafting, landscape design, interior design, permits, and estimating) to ensure agreed deliverables are achieved
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation and information is maintained at all times
  • Review proposed changes to display homes under construction based on practicality, consistency, cost and time constraints prior to implementation
  • Communicate regular display status updates, including delays or issues, to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure marketing collateral and documentation accuracy and consistency; and
  • Conduct weekly reviews of workflow levels within the Display Delivery team, ensuring production targets are met and a rolling forecast is maintained.

About You:

  • Prior experience in a technical operational role in the building and construction industry (drafting experience an advantage)
  • Knowledge of building contracts and sales administration
  • Working knowledge of the building and construction process
  • Proven project management skills, with experience in managing teams and workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify needs and generate solutions
  • Intermediate MS Office and Acrobat computer skills;
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

This role requires a national police check to be undertaken by the successful applicant.
