Display Homes Production Director

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the pre-site production and delivery of our national display homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the department's objectives through effective management of the display delivery program
  • Collaborate with sales and senior management to ensure new display briefs are complete and aligned with our national display strategy
  • Strategic planning of national display workflow, resourcing, and associated processes
  • Liaise with external suppliers and developers to ensure all objectives are met
  • Manage and drive the pre-site display delivery ensuring site starts, build stages, and openings meet contractual milestones and expectations

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience within a technical operational role in the building and construction industry
  • Knowledge in building contracts and sales administration
  • Working knowledge of the building and construction process
  • Prior experience in managing projects and workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to clearly identify needs of the team and generate solutions
